Welcome to Fanscee ("we", "us", "the platform"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fanscee application, website, and any related services. Fanscee is currently in a private beta and is available only to invited users. Access may be revoked at any time and for any reason. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to participate. This beta is not a public offering and carries no guarantee of availability, uptime, or future support.
Fanscee is beta software and may contain bugs, errors, or unexpected behavior. Trades may fail to execute, prices may be incorrect, and the platform may experience downtime without notice. During the private beta, account balances are capped at $100 USD to limit potential loss. You acknowledge that any funds deposited are at risk from software defects, and you should never deposit more than you can afford to lose entirely.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fanscee and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the preceding 30 days.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Fanscee after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If material changes occur during the beta, we will make a reasonable effort to notify active users.
